METHODS

  • RTG provides counsel via on-site training, skills transference, participatory management, contacting partnership and program
    documentation.
  • Areas of engagement include major donor cultivation and solicitation, campaign guidance, fund-raising readiness, event planning, direct response strategies and copy development, executive search, interim team leadership, communications analysis, board development, volunteer training, long-range and annual strategic planning, systems coordination, grant writing, and other custom services developed with the client.

DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVE

  • The core development objective is to build relationships with individuals that help them achieve their personal philanthropic goals.
  • Each encounter with the donor is intended to nurture a relationship between the organization and the donor. A careful understanding of the donor’s interests and values is central to all other development activity.
